Meet Alexandra
I’m Alexandra Coker, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment challenges. Many of my clients are working through family-of-origin wounds, moral injury, or relational struggles that still echo in their daily lives.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and genuinely helpful, guiding you toward the life you want to live.
Most importantly, I want you to know that healing is possible. Even when the past feels heavy or the present overwhelming, you already carry the capacity for growth and change. My role is to walk with you as you rediscover your own strength, build healthier connections, and step into a life that feels more grounded and authentic.

What Therapy Looks Like
In our sessions, you can expect a calm and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and never rushed. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We’ll explore your story, notice patterns that may be holding you back, and create meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether we’re reprocessing painful memories, practicing grounding skills, or uncovering new perspectives, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected to yourself, and able to move forward with clarity.
